How do I return my BNTO box?

With each BNTO box, we’ll enclose a shipping label for your return. Simply pack up your box, adhere the label to the package, and drop it off with the carrier specified on your return label. Once you drop off your BNTO return, please allow a short period for the carrier to sync your return back to BNTO. Kindly note that dropping off your return with a third party shipping service, rather than directly with the carrier itself, may create a delay in your return sync. When returning your BNTO, please include all six items, except any you have already purchased. Should an item not be returned, it will be considered purchased, and you will receive a charge for the item.
